Just one of 11 deeds recorded in Pelham disclosed a price
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show 11 transactions recorded in Pelham between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one disclosed a sale price: $60,000, for 19 South Valley Road, sold by Alisa C. Pearson and Geoffrey S. Hudson to Florence Bank. Harkness Road saw three recordings and Valley Road saw two, the period's only street-level clusters. Several recordings involved banks or credit unions as sellers or buyers, and three were non-sale filings, homestead declarations and a zoning variance decision, rather than property transfers. With price data available for just one of 11 recordings, the data does not support broader conclusions about Pelham's market tone this period.
