Nine transactions tied to Pelham properties were recorded at the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. None had a sale price recorded, so no price range or median can be reported. Only five of the nine were actual property transfers; the rest were homestead declarations, a tax lien notation and a foreclosure-related order of notice. Four of the five transfers involved a bank or mortgage entity as a party, including Bankesb's sale of 37 Amherst Road and a transfer of 21 Arnold Road to Cross River Bank. Amherst Road was the only street with more than one recorded filing. With no price data available, market conditions cannot be characterized from this period's records alone.
