Nine Pelham Deeds Recorded This Month; Only Two Carry Sale Prices So Far
Nine property transfers were recorded in Pelham between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price by compilation time: $75,000 for 62 Daniel Shays Highway and $200,000 for 60 Harkness Rd., a median of $137,500 across the two priced sales. The remaining seven transfers, including two on Amherst Road, have no recorded price yet, which is typical while registry data catches up. Several buyers were banks, and two entries reflect homestead-declaration filings rather than conventional sales. With pricing available for only two of nine deeds, overall market tone for the period cannot yet be determined from this data.
