Nine Pelham Property Transfers Recorded in August, All Prices Undisclosed
Nine property deeds were recorded in Pelham between July 31 and Aug. 29, but none disclosed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported this month. The transactions were spread across nine different streets with no repeats. Three sellers were banks or credit unions (PeoplesBank, UMassFive College Federal Credit Union, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc./Banknorth NA), and LLCs appeared on at least one side of three deals, including an LLC-to-LLC sale at 9 Bray Court. Three records listed a homestead filing or tax lien rather than a named buyer. With no pricing data available, the month's market tone cannot be assessed from these records alone.
