Pelham sees 11 deeds recorded in late July, August with no sale prices disclosed
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 property transfers in Pelham between July 24 and Aug. 22, but none listed a sale price, so no price range or median can be reported for the period. Harkness Road saw three of the 11 transfers, more than any other street.
