Two of 11 Pelham property records disclose a sale price this period
Pelham recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two disclosed a sale price: $75,000 for 62 Daniel Shays Highway and $200,000 for 60 Harkness Rd, a median of $137,500 among priced sales. The Harkness Road transfer, from the Warren S. Hall Jr. Investment Trust to Greenfield Cooperative Bank, was the period's highest disclosed sale. Amherst Road was the only street with more than one transfer. Several filings involved banks or procedural documents, including a homestead declaration and a tax lien, rather than conventional sales. With price data on fewer than a fifth of filings, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this data alone.
