The Harkness Road transfer, from the Warren S. Hall Jr. Investment Trust to Greenfield Cooperative Bank, was the period's highest recorded sale. Amherst Road was the only street with more than one transfer. Several filings involved banks or procedural documents, including a homestead declaration and a tax lien, rather than conventional sales. With price data on fewer than a fifth of filings, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this data alone.
