Pelham Deed Filings Show Wide Price Gap, Sparse Disclosure in July
Eight property transactions were recorded in Pelham between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only two disclosed a sale price, ranging from $60,000 for 19 South Valley Road to $240,000 for 17 Buffam Road, with a median of $150,000 based on those two figures. Harkness Road saw the most activity, with three separate recordings, though none disclosed a price and two were homestead declarations rather than sales. A zoning variance decision on Arnold Road was also recorded. With most price data undisclosed, the period offers limited visibility into the town's actual market direction.
